I asked Anthoula for a training programme focusing on gaining strength and tone, which had diminished rapidly after going through the menopause.

She designed a varied programme to keep me focused and motivated. I can see a visible difference in my body shape and finding day to day tasks easier due to increased strength and stamina. I am very happy as I can now perform 10 full press ups, which even in my younger, fitter days wasn't able to achieve.

I have also returned to yoga after an 18 month gap and can hold poses now that I struggled with before. I look forward to working closely with Anthoula to further achieve my goals!

I used to run a lot but have now slowed down due to knee problems, however I still want to be playing tennis and keep a reasonable level of fitness.
I needed a way to keep motivated as I find the gym fairly boring. Anthoula designed a programme to help me keep fit and motivated, mixing it up with HIIT and Tabata cycling while taking into account my age and level of fitness.
