About Me

Taking on a Challenge

I am passionate about health and fitness and enjoy a wide variety of sport from running, squash, cycling, skiing to bootcamp, circuits, spinning and general fitness. I believe that sport and fitness as well as good nutrition should be an integral part of all our lives.

I love a challenge and pushing my personal boundaries, and have trekked to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patar (5700m) in Nepal, Salcantay Base Camp (5000m) in Peru, Cotopaxi (5900m) and Cayambe (5850m) in Ecuador, Mont Blanc and to the top of Kilimanjaro, the ‘Roof of Africa’ (5895m) in Tanzania. Have cycled across Bhutan (800 miles), from Lhasa to Kathmandu via Everest Base Camp in Tibet (>1000 miles), across Burma (600 miles), from Ho Chi Min to Hanoi in Vietnam (600 miles), across the Baltic States (500 miles), from Victoria Falls to the Cape of Good Hope (1200miles) and across Central America, from Nicaragua, through Costa Rica to the Panama Canal (600 miles).

My training approach is built around the unique abilities and goals of each one of my clients, in order to achieve both a body but also a lifestyle transformation. Whatever your goals, I will create a holistic plan that addresses overall fitness, exercise, nutrition and lifestyle goals to ensure that we can work together to deliver lasting results. In a few weeks you will feel more energised, motivated, healthy and fit to live the life you want.

So, make a commitment to yourself today to be fitter and healthier!
